Role Description:

Software Quality Engineer with expertise in distributed systems with 5-8 years of IT experience. As a Quality Engineer, he/she should ensure the performance, scalability, reliability of NT complex applications maintained in non-PROD environments, diverse technologies, and Cloud environments. The individual will work closely with various stakeholders in an agile fashion, to jointly own the solution, and strong communication and management skill to interface well with other parts of the organization.

The role is responsible for building and maintaining stable, scalable, production-like non-PROD environments, ensuring high-quality and compliant test data availability, and enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems

Responsibilities:

Environment Build & Management

- Design, build, and maintain stable test environments

- Replicate production configurations and dependencies

- Define environment strategy (INT, UAT)

- Monitor environment health and resolve issues

- Perform root cause analysis for failures

Test Data Management & Setup

- Define test data strategy and sourcing approaches

- Execute test data provisioning and refresh cycles

- Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL
