Your work profile

The Program / Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts.

This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Program & Delivery Management

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of programs or client accounts, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met

• Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

• Track progress against KPIs and SLAs; proactively address delivery risks and issues

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, sales, support) to ensure timely execution

Client / Account Management

• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts or programs

• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable program plans

• Lead regular client reviews, status meetings, and executive updates
