Additionally, updating and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base articles is a key part of the daily activities to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Lead efforts to document processes and best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.

His responsibilities include:

• Consulting, planning, conception and implementation of public, private and hybrid cloud solutions as well as their implementation
• Optimization of existing cloud services
• Assumption of architecture and design tasks of cloud-based solutions
• Conducting cloud architecture reviews and identifying optimization potential in the application systems
