Role Overview
We are looking for a highly technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of a next-generation AI-driven Android Test Automation Platform. The platform will leverage AI agents, LLMs, computer vision, and autonomous testing techniques to improve test creation, execution, maintenance, and defect identification for Android applications.
The TPM will work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, AI/ML, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to deliver a scalable automation solution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strong program management capabilities and sufficient technical depth to engage in architecture discussions and guide engineering decisions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Program Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of the AI-powered test automation program.
Define roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release plans.
Drive execution across distributed engineering teams.
Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
Technical Leadership
Understand Android application architecture and mobile testing ecosystems.

Prior experience building AI-assisted test automation products.
Experience in Android platform or framework development.
