We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. You will lead the design, architecture, and development of next-generation industrial software products built on Edge and Cloud technologies. Working closely with global engineering teams across Norway, Sweden, Germany, and India, you will drive scalable SaaS and PaaS solutions while mentoring engineering teams and promoting engineering excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, deep expertise in cloud-native application development, software architecture, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering practices. Exposure to Industrial Automation, Digital Platforms, and AI-enabled software development will be a strong advantage.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Own and lead the software architecture, design, development, and delivery of assigned software modules and products.
- Define and drive technical architecture for industrial software products leveraging Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, and Microservices architecture.
- Design and deliver scalable SaaS and PaaS solutions on cloud platforms with high availability, observability, security, and performance.
