Role Overview:

The Team Leader in Investment Operations Outsourcing (IOO), Market Operations, is responsible for leading and managing a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Technical Coordinators, ensuring stable, accurate, and timely delivery of middle‑office operations across Trade, FX, Cash, and Settlements.

The role provides day‑to‑day delivery ownership, oversees trade lifecycle execution, manages escalations, ensures regulatory and SLA adherence, and drives continuous improvement. The Team Leader plays a key role in talent development, governance oversight, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, while fostering a high‑performance and control‑driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Technical Coordinators across daily BAU operations.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development discussions.

• Set clear performance goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives and service expectations.

• Promote a high‑performance, accountable, and collaborative culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
