Your work profile

1. Market Leadership & Client Service

• Support proposal development, client presentations and business development activities for HR M&A opportunities.

• Build effective working relationships with HR, business and deal stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality analyses and client-ready recommendations.

1. Pre-Deal Advisory and HR Due Diligence

• Conduct HR due diligence across organization structure, workforce, leadership, compensation and benefits, HR operations and employee relations.

• Identify people-related risks, costs, synergies and integration considerations.

• Collaborate with PMI, Strategy, Tax and Technology teams in integrated diligence efforts.

1. Post-Deal Integration & Separation

• Support Day 1 readiness, integration planning and separation management activities.
