Your work profile

We are looking for a seasoned Automation Testing Leader with deep expertise in the Financial Services domain and strong experience in RFPs, solutioning, and pre-sales/sales support. This role will drive quality engineering transformation, design scalable automation strategies, and collaborate with sales and business teams to win and deliver strategic deals.

Key Skills Required

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in software testing & quality engineering, with strong automation expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in test architecture, framework development, and QA transformation.

• Strong domain expertise in Financial Services (Banking/Payments/Capital Markets/Insurance).

• Proven experience in RFP responses, solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales/sales support.

• Hands-on coding experience and strong understanding of modern automation tools.

Quality Engineering & Automation Leadership

• Define enterprise-wide test automation strategy, frameworks, and best practices.
