Role: Supply & DRP Planner Location: Pune Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)
We are hiring a Supply & DRP Planner to oversee supply planning, distribution requirements planning (DRP), material planning, inventory optimization, and production planning activities. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting seamless supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 24-month Supply, DRP, and Material Plans.
Manage inventory, deployment, replenishment, and material availability to meet business demand.
Coordinate production planning and material supply to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Monitor supply shortages and material constraints; perform RCA and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align supply and demand.
Optimize inventory levels, safety stocks, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory (SLOBs).
Support S&OP processes, NPI launches, and product lifecycle planning.
Maintain planning master data accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in Supply Planning, DRP, Material Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Planning.
Strong knowledge of DRP, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Supply Chain Planning, MPS, and Inventory Management.
Experience with SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, or similar planning tools.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Chemicals, Lubricants, or Process Industries.
Knowledge of S&OP, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes.
Travel: No travel required Work Hours: US Time Zone Support (Night Shift IST)
