About Job:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Demand Planner to join our Oil & Gas, Energy practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain planning while driving operational excellence through digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership capabilities, ERP expertise, and the ability to create measurable value propositions for clients by improving supply chain efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness.

What You will Do:

• Develop and manage demand forecasting and planning processes to ensure alignment between business requirements and supply chain capabilities.

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 10 supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to improve forecast accuracy and inventory availability.
