For This Role, You Will Need:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and project management skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and global sourcing practices.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Experience using enterprise systems (such as ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
Exposure to best-cost country sourcing strategies and global supply networks.
Demonstrated success in cost optimization and supplier relationship management.
Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and advanced data analysis for procurement decision-making.
Experience supporting new product development (NPD) initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
