The Supplier Quality Operations Lead Specialist is responsible for maintaining supplier data integrity, leading system maintenance and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

This position reports to the Supplier Quality Operations Manager and is part of the Supplier Quality Organization located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Lead supplier quality review and approval initiatives within the global supplier onboarding and indirect purchasing systems

• Maintain supplier quality data integrity in the Supplier Quality Management system including alignment with supplier onboarding records

• Champion global process and system improvement initiatives to improve user experience and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements

• Effectively collaborate with cross functional team members to maintain supplier data integrity as required
