Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.

• Ensure inbound stock is recovered, inspected, and received efficiently.

• Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers.

• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.

• Develop a high-performance service culture within the department.

• Manage individual performance and allocate resources effectively.

• Ensure safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with work time regulations, including monitoring employee attendance, shift adherence, break schedules, overtime, and statutory working hours in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.

• Minimum 1 year in an SPL environment.

• Minimum 3 years working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval).

• Leadership skills.
