The State Manager – Infrastructure & IFM plays a pivotal role in leading infrastructure and facilities management services across the assigned region. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day maintenance and facility operations, contributing significantly to the bank’s overall operational efficiency. The role also involves strategic planning by assessing future facility needs and proposing effective solutions to meet them.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage essential services including reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
Ensure all basic facilities are well-maintained and operational.
Implement performance management techniques to monitor service levels and drive continuous improvement.
Select furniture and office equipment, oversee layout planning, and supervise workstation arrangements.
Oversee facility refurbishments, renovations, replacements, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal standards.
Forecast future facility requirements and plan accordingly.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, manage contracts, and negotiate optimal terms for materials and services.
Adhere to bank reporting procedures and standards.
Present regular reports on budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
