Job Purpose

State Head – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, will drive the acquisition and growth of the Home Loan portfolio by sourcing business through the bank’s existing customer base. The role will focus on leveraging internal channels, cross-sell opportunities, and relationship management to meet business targets while ensuring superior customer experience and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Business Acquisition

• Generate Home Loan leads and disbursements through the bank’s existing customer base across branches in the assigned area.

• Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify potential customers.

• Ensure conversion of leads into disbursements as per defined productivity norms.

• Team Management & Training

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.

• Train and motivate team members and branch staff on product features, sales processes, and customer handling.

• Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch heads, customer relationship officers, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth lead generation and business closures.
