Location: Bangalore
Your role and impact
- Provide technical leadership within a cross-functional squad delivering digital servicing and Entity Onboarding capabilities for IB&M customers.
- Shape scalable solution designs, guide complex delivery and remain hands-on across the full stack.
- Build secure, cloud-native and API-led experiences while raising engineering standards and coaching engineers.
Your reporting lines
- Reports to Chapter Lead, Digital Customer Engineering.
- Works closely with Digital Service Excellence Crew stakeholders across product, design, architecture, risk and platform teams.
Your skills and experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack delivery and technical leadership.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and NestJS experience.
- REST APIs, microservices and enterprise integration patterns.
