Role Summary The Sr. Engineer will lead onboarding for complex and strategic customer implementations on the OpenText platform, while also providing L2 business support to ensure ongoing operational stability for existing trading partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding for complex, high-priority, and strategic customer accounts

• Design and configure advanced EDI mapping and integration solutions on OpenText

• Good working understanding on punchout functionality.

• Understanding on eProcurement B2B business.

• Serve as L2 support escalation point for production EDI issues, driving root-cause analysis and resolution

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation scope
