Field Work Data Management – (specific for field support)
SharePoint management – maintain, update, grand permission access.
MST Intelex Management – Serve as the primary MST point of contact; attend weekly core team meetings; oversee the integration of applications introduced by the corporate team; propose continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes; manage approximately 10 MST tickets per week; process new user accounts; and lead the implementation of global tasks.

Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
Problem-Solving: Addressing and troubleshooting issues related to data visualization tools and data integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of Power BI and Tableau to implement best practices and enhance analytics capabilities.
