Good understanding of C#/.NET concepts.
Ability to support integrations, automation, and application troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Planisware Enterprise platform.
Configure workflows, business rules, and system settings.
Develop and maintain Planisware Formula Language scripts.
Provide L2/L3 production support and incident management.
Analyze application and database issues using SQL.
Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
Manage tickets and service requests through ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Support integrations and custom developments involving .NET technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.
