Sr. Consultant - Service Now ITSM Job

We are looking forward to hire Service Now ITSM Professionals in the following areas :

Experience Required: 7 to 9

• Required Skills

• Core Skills

• Strong understanding of monitoring & observability concepts

• Hands-on experience with at least 2 monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, etc.)

• Experience with event management & alert handling

• Strong integration skills using APIs, REST, and data pipelines

• ServiceNow & ITOM

• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and (preferred) ITOM modules

• Understanding of CMDB and CI relationships for impact analysis and enrichment

• Data & AIOps

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (anomaly detection, clustering, prediction)
