Skills and Competencies
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms
Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce configuration, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled automation initiatives
Experience managing Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, organization-wide defaults, sharing rules, workflows, flows, approval processes, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and mobile administration
Ability to manage data migration, data quality, deduplication, reporting, dashboarding, and advanced visualization through Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate, or CRM Analytics
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and end-user support skills
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Agent force Specialist are required

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and automate Salesforce and reporting platforms to improve business processes, data quality, and stakeholder decision-making.
Customize and configure Salesforce to support evolving business requirements across sales, marketing, and operations teams
Manage Salesforce administration activities, including user and license management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, flows, approval processes, layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, and mobile administration
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and Power Automate solutions to support reporting, automation, KPI tracking, pipeline visibility, user adoption, and data-driven decision-making
Support Salesforce CPQ administration, Salesforce configuration changes, sandbox management, release management, and platform enhancement activities
Perform data migration, updates, imports, exports, and data maintenance using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor key business metrics, including pipeline, conversion, engagement, data quality, and user adoption
Identify manual processes and opportunities to streamline workflows using Salesforce automation, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools
Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, troubleshooting, support, and training for users and peers
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, document workflows, and drive platform adoption
Monitor Salesforce releases, new features, security reviews, health checks, optimizer recommendations, and underutilized platform capabilities to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve Salesforce production issues, manage integrated applications, and align platform capabilities with business needs
Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes, enhancements, configuration changes, and support procedures
