The Sr. Associate, Internal Communications (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for developing, planning, and driving internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement. You will create content for various platforms, support crisis communications, and help execute strategies for organizational changes while maintaining ethical standards. Specifics include:
Perform specialized tasks and conduct independent research to optimize project outcomes and contribute to achieving project goals with advanced skills
Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful project execution
Apply advanced knowledge in internal communications to plan, develop, and edit content
Evaluate, implement, and manage internal communications channels (e.g., Intranet, digital signage, internal social, etc.)
Develop and deliver change management communications and advise stakeholders on effective communications strategies and tactics
Help optimize internal communications processes and provide channels for employees to give feedback
Partner with internal stakeholders to engage and inspire associates
Core Purpose
Serve as a dedicated resource to drive alignment, communication, and execution across multiple talent-focused initiatives.
Act as a central connector between leadership, HR, and teams to ensure clarity, engagement, and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Initiative Coordination
Organize and track multiple talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, development programs, engagement efforts)
Establish and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Act as a liaison between leadership, HR, and broader teams
Employee Experience & Engagement
Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture
Assist in designing and delivering engagement activities and forums
Program Support & Execution
Support rollout of talent programs (e.g., leadership development, succession planning)
Develop tools, templates, and playbooks to standardize execution
Track metrics and report on progress and outcomes
Data & Insights
Collect and synthesize data related to talent initiatives
Create dashboards or summaries for leadership review
Use insights to inform communication strategies and program adjustments
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High organizational and project management capability
Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics
Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong attention to detail and execution focus
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Background
Experience in HR, talent management, internal communications, or organizational development
Exposure to large-scale people or transformation initiatives
Experience working with senior leadership teams.

Clear visibility and tracking of all talent initiatives
Improved stakeholder alignment and engagement
Timely execution of key programs and milestones
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
