Your New Role

The Sr. Analyst, Tax Systems is a hands-on, business-facing role responsible for the configuration, support, and issue resolution of the OneSource tax engine and its integrations with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA. This role acts as a key point of contact for gathering requirements, triaging issues, and coordinating directly with business stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst brings a strong functional understanding of indirect and withholding tax, including India GST and European tax requirements, and works closely with the Analyst, onshore Tax Architect, and other stakeholders to provide end-to-end tax solution support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Serve as a business-facing point of contact for GBS and other Hyderabad-based business stakeholders on tax systems matters.

• Gather and document business requirements for tax configuration changes, enhancements, and new scenarios through direct engagement with the business.

• Communicate and coordinate with business teams to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide status updates.

Functional Configuration & Support

• Configure and maintain OneSource tax engine settings, tax rules, and tax determination logic.
