Job Purpose :

This is a fascinating, interesting & unique role as a support function to GB Business Team comprising some of the vital Initiatives. Sharing below as illustration -

(i) Go-To-Market (GTM)- Business acquisition & (ii) Green Channel - as support function for acct opening and other compliance and process related matters.

GTM comprises end -to-end curation and sanitization of our Government client database for classification of business prospects for GTM CRM under the aligned categories for the business team across locations to target opportunities with far greater precision. If situation warrants, also engage with clients in concurrence with respective Business Units.

Green Channel SPOC for fast tacking onboarding of identified important time sensitive vital Govt Relationships lined up in Acct opening with Operations. Requires expertise for data backed insights for assisting both Operations and Business teams to navigate complex government-account guidelines to arrive at resolution acceptable for all stakeholders.

Act as important support function in other Compliance related matters and CC /OD & CA Half Yearly Portfolio Review for Govt Accts, ReKYC etc which warrants coordination with multiple internal teams and stakeholders. Preparation of Qualitative MIS,

for business maximization primarily under CASA.

The role bearer shall need to engage with internal stakeholders within the verticle and also develop external reliable sources for understaing Market scenraio vis a vis latest developments, Government (Central & State) Schemes, programs launched /released, new initiatives for roll out and further Refine such all data /information to the last mile for meaning ful consumption into adoption of Business strategy implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'Drive GTM effectively for deepening and acquistion of specific targeted Govt segments for CASA growth.

Act as SPOC for account opening queries thereby ensuring speedy opening of accounts lodged by business teams.
