Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and hands-on experience in OneTrust, specifically in the Privacy and AI Governance modules.

• Support Local Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in day-to-day Data Privacy matters and related tasks as and when required.

• Assist Business Owners in navigating and utilizing the AI Governance module within OneTrust.

• Provide support in reviewing and maintaining Data Privacy Policy Frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and review Data Privacy-related templates in accordance with business needs and applicable data protection standards.

• Support Business Owners in updating and reviewing RoPAs/PIAs as and when required.

• Assist Business Owners in requesting AI Governance module access rights through GIAM.

• Conduct Vendor Assessments with the focus on compliance with data processing agreements and effective implementation of the agreed technical and organizational measures.

• Monitor and respond to the emails from the Central Privacy and Central AI mailboxes.
