Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance II to join our Solutions team. This role is located in the Pune, Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the delivery of high-quality performance reporting and data solutions for Solutions portfolios across Equity, Fixed Income, multi-asset, and LDI strategies

• Produce accurate and timely performance and attribution outputs for portfolios and share classes

• Monitor performance data flows, investigate and resolve data issues, and coordinate with upstream teams and external providers to resolve discrepancies

• Build strong relationships with fund managers, Solutions teams, and internal stakeholders while supporting ad hoc requests, new fund and benchmark setups, and query management

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Strong working knowledge of performance calculations.

- Ability to navigate and understand different regulatory requirement including GIPS.

- Exposure to performance systems (e.g., BarraOne/Bloomberg or similar tools).

- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments type, and performance concepts.

- Understanding of Equity, LDI, fixed income, or multi‑asset portfolios

- Experience working with large datasets and data quality frameworks

- Good working knowledge of data analysis and Excel (advanced)

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Be able to demonstrate skills in the understanding and debugging of processes and methodologies.
