AI Maps content evaluation specialistLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaCategory: Technology & EngineeringWork Model: Work from OfficeAbout the roleAs a Process Executive / Senior Process Executive, you will make an impact by conducting rigorous evaluations that verify the accuracy, completeness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated content relating to Business Points of Interest (POIs), helping to sustain the delivery of high-quality data inputs for our Generative AI initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Maps program team and work collaboratively with quality analysts, evaluators, and program stakeholders across the project.In this role, you will
- Conduct comprehensive web research using authorized resources and external digital platforms to validate business information, including hours of operation and geographical precision.
- Perform high-fidelity data annotation, adhering to rigorous protocols so that automated system outputs maintain contextual relevance and factual integrity.
- Analyze complex regulatory frameworks and promptly integrate procedural updates and technical nuances into daily work.
- Consistently achieve established daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies.
- Apply strong linguistic and analytical judgment to detect nuance in grammar and culture, identify patterns, and maintain clear documentation.Work modelAt Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs. - Bachelor's or master’s degree in English, Journalism, or Mass Communications.
- 12–24 months of relevant experience in content moderation or data processing.
- Exceptional ability to navigate websites to validate information and verify digital data against physical location realities.
- Strong capability to comprehend summaries, understand user intent, interpret complex data guidelines, and make sound decisions on ambiguous cases.
- Comfort working in a 24x5 environment from the office, including comfort handling explicit and extremely sensitive content when required.This will help you stand out
- Experience in content writing and customer service.
