The Delivery Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Contract Services engagements across multiple clients, categories, and geographies. This role is accountable for program delivery, operational excellence, governance, mobilization, transition, stakeholder management, capability development, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with client policies, applicable laws, and contractual obligations.

The role will also partner with Sales, Business Transformation, Procurement, Legal and Client Account teams to support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, solution development, sales pursuits, and business growth. The Delivery Operations Manager serves as the Contract Services Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving best practices, mentoring teams, and building a high-performing Contract Services organization. What are we looking for? Law degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 14+ years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Contract Management, Procurement Contracting.

Extensive experience leading end-to-end delivery of high-complexity commercial contracting engagements across global organizations.

Experience in compliance management, operational governance, quality management, and business transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, project management, and influencing skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. Roles and Responsibilities: •Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity Contract Services engagements, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, compliance, financial, and client satisfaction targets.
