We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Design Specialist to lead the design of Contract Lifecycle Management (Sirion) and broader procurement technology landscape, with a strong emphasis on SaaS application onboarding, fitment into procurement workstreams, and seamless integration with the SAP ecosystem.
The role will define a cohesive, scalable, and optimized procurement architecture, ensuring that multiple SaaS tools are effectively aligned to Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, while maintaining SAP as the transactional backbone and Sirion as the contract system of record.
What you’ll be doing
1. End-to-End Solution Architecture
Design integrated CLM and procurement solutions with Sirion as the central CLM platform.
Define architecture aligned with:
SAP S/4HANA (core procurement transactions)
SAP Ariba (sourcing and supplier collaboration)
Establish a target-state procurement architecture incorporating multiple SaaS applications.
2. Sirion CLM Solution Leadership
Own the design and implementation of Sirion CLM, including:
Contract templates and clause libraries
Workflow orchestration and approvals
Obligation and compliance tracking
Ensure strong linkage between contracts (Sirion) and execution (SAP systems).

Single source of truth for contracts, suppliers, and transactions
6. Procurement SaaS Rationalization & Governance
Evaluate tools to identify redundancies and consolidation opportunities.
Define a rationalized stack:
Retain → SAP, Sirion
Replace/Retire → legacy tools
Establish governance for onboarding, integration, and lifecycle management.
7. Data Architecture & Insights
Define a unified procurement data model across: contracts, suppliers, transactions. Align with SAP and Sirion frameworks.
Enable reporting on:
Contract compliance & obligations
Spend and supplier analytics
8. Innovation & Future Readiness
Drive adoption of:
Gen AI for contract intelligence (e.g., summarization, clause extraction)
Workflow automation
Continuously evaluate emerging tools for improvement.
9. Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT leadership. Translate requirements into solution blueprints and architecture artifacts. Act as design authority across the lifecycle (design → build → deploy).
Essential Skills / Experience
Experience
10–15 years in solution design / enterprise architecture 5+ years in CLM (Sirion preferred) Strong experience in procurement SaaS ecosystems and SAP integration
