Software Engr II

Your role will include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to Support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Around 3 years of V&V experience required as below:

- Essential Competencies:

• Competent in test execution for functional, Integration, and system testing

• Strong Experience in designing Automation frameworks using Tools like Selenium, Appium, ReadyAPI, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter etc

• Must have strong expertise in testing web-based, RESTful API calls and mobile (Android & iOS) applications

• Work closely with agile development team on assigned test projects and help in delivering quality software

• Contributes ideas on product and process improvements

• Experience working in agile environment and methods

• Flexible working on manual testing and automation based on business needs

- Desirable Competencies:

• Experience with test automation frameworks development, and understanding of security testing concepts

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
