Role Summary The EDI Implementation Specialist will support customer onboarding and implementation activities on the OpenText platform, ensuring new trading partners are configured, tested, and go-live ready in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end EDI onboarding for new customers/trading partners on the OpenText platform

• Configure and test EDI maps, transaction sets, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, etc.)

• Validate data mapping and transaction flows against customer and business requirements

• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, test results, and onboarding status
