Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native services and applications at scale.
- Implement features and platform capabilities that leverage AI, automation, and agentic workflows using frameworks like Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Copilot studio or equivalent.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of projects spanning multiple services and components.
- Build high-quality, maintainable, and observable software with strong emphasis on reliability, security, privacy, and operational excellence.
- Analyse production telemetry and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in live-site support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and service health improvements.
- Contribute to AI-native engineering practices, including the use of AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and operational workflows.
