Shift Lead - English, Arabic, Microsoft Windows

Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and management insights. The role requires strong expertise in reporting tools, data visualization, stakeholder management, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and automate operational, service delivery, financial, and governance reports. Design and support executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and business insights. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for leadership review. Support SLA, KPI, utilization, productivity, financial, and compliance reporting. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting platforms. Collaborate with business, operations, finance, PMO, and delivery teams to gather reporting requirements. Drive reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for reporting discrepancies. Prepare presentations and management summaries for governance reviews and leadership meetings. Support forecasting, capacity planning, resource management, and business planning activities. Maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
