Experience in production support and cloud migrations Skill Requirements Certifications (Preferred) AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Incident and problem management experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work in 24x7 support environments when required.
