Key Responsibilities
Create and modify ServiceNow flows and workflows. Configure notifications and approval mechanisms. Implement and maintain access controls and security permissions. Design and manage metrics tables for workflow tracking and reporting. Support end-to-end front-end and back-end ServiceNow development activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new workflow requirements and enhancements.
