A Training Developer for SAP Finance is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering educational content. They bridge the gap between complex SAP finance processes and end-user adoption by building targeted training programs, documentation, and digital learning assets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user manuals, quick reference guides (QRGs), and interactive e-learning modules for SAP finance / FICO. Needs Analysis: Collaborate with functional consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders to identify training gaps and understand Finance capabilities (equipment management, work orders, preventive maintenance). Delivery: Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, or train-the-trainer sessions to upskill business users. System Simulations: Develop system walkthroughs and hands-on exercises using training platforms (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe). Testing & Support: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post go-live support, converting feedback into updated training documentation. Skill Requirements Essential Qualifications & Skills 5 to 9 years Esperance in training developer related to finance module Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP FINANCE - FICO / AP& AR modules. Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA features, Fiori apps, or various FI modules Instructional Design: Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or SAP Enable Now. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to simplify complex, technical concepts for non-technical users.
