Senior Technical Lead

NetSuite TechnoFunctional:

• Hands on experience in SuiteScripting (All Types)
• Hands on experience in Personalizations ( Suitebuilder ) and Customizations (Suiteflow, Records & List)
• Hands on experience in Integration development ( Suitetalk) using Rest APIs, Webservices, Middleware,
• Had worked on atleast 5+ E2E implementation and support project/s.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP consultant, Suitecloud developer certified. (Relaxable for deserving candidate)
• Hands On experience to NetSuite Data migration.
• Knowledge of Business processes like O2C, P2P & R2R ( GL,AR, AP,Amortization/Allocation)
• Atleast one project involving Multibook Accounting, Suitebilling and revenue recognition.
• Open to learn new skills and adapt fast.
• Good communication in English & Stake holder management.
• Proficient Knowledge of NetSuite AI or any other AI capabilities.
• Solutioning Mindset and able to design solution based on requirements.
• Guide team members for project tasks.
• Good understanding of NetSuite ecosystem applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
