Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Platform Services

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate platform capabilities that allow developers, customers, and partners to extend AI experiences through tools, integrations, workflows, and agent-based solutions. You will work across distributed systems, cloud services, APIs, developer platforms, and AI-powered applications to deliver highly scalable and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable platform services and APIs.

- Build capabilities that enable intelligent agents to discover information, invoke tools, execute actions, and orchestrate workflows.

- Own features from design through deployment and production operations.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews.

- Improve service performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and platform components.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and partner engineering teams.

- Investigate production issues and implement long-term solutions.

- Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, testing practices, and operational excellence.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
