We plan to build transformational experiences in Copilot notebook and are looking to hire a full-stack Senior Software Engineer in the OneNote Cloud Experiences team. The problems we solve include running services that power OneNote at scale, building a multitude of grounding capabilities, creation of richer artifacts, and building agent support on top of Copilot notebooks. We plan to build these experiences at scale across all Web and mobile platforms and will continue to use the best-in-class infrastructure that boosts developer productivity and engineering velocity.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Drive the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area.
- Lead by example and mentor others to produce quality results leveraging Agentic Engineering.
- Leverage subject-matter proficient of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items.
- Act (at times i.e. in rotation) as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI)
- Guide other engineers working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.
