Job Description

- Onsite GPP expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaisebetween Unisystem and Finastra teams

- Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshopsOnsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.

- Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Businessconfiguration

- Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.

- Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc

- Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.

- Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, FunctionalSpecifications, Use Cases)

Qualifications

- 7+ years experience

- Must have strong experience in GPP
