Senior Product Manager

In this role you will: Keep learning new techniques and how customers, partners evolve with them each day. Engage closely with customers and translate their unarticulated and unmet needs into actionable requirements. Analyze competition and market trends to build a coherent strategy for growing the business. Partner with ISVs to design deep, native integrations across Azure control plane, Azure marketplace and Azure Foundry. Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for Azure integrations with Storage ISVs (backup, DR, data protection, and storage platforms) Define the success metrics, communicate them clearly, measure them and use them to iteratively improve the services. Create quality customer-facing product documentation, tutorials, and usage examples. Humility and growth mindset. The courage to say, “I don't know, yet” and an appetite to keep learning. Maniacal customer obsession with unforgiving attention to detail and quality. Active listening to understand. Clarity in communication without ambiguity across all formats - written, verbal and visual. Ability to retrospect and reflect. Break down complex ideas and explain them simply. 6+ years of experience in product management shipping enterprise products in the software industry. Experience building large scale cloud services is preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent industry experience. An MBA is a bonus. Experience working on developer tools and engaging with developer communities. If you are hands on and write code to build and tinker, that is a bonus. Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for solving complex business problems. Working knowledge of performing market analysis, competitive teardowns, and customer research to validate project priorities and direction. Familiarity with the Storage domain and Storage ISV landscape is a plus.
