Position Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Identity & Access management, you'll lead the authentication services that power every Autodesk product—for humans, non-humans, agents & devices. You’re building the IAM platform that powers Autodesk’s secure growth across cloud, desktop, AI, and ecosystem workflows. You’ll enable product teams to deliver trusted experiences with adaptive authentication, policy-based access, non-person identities, and agentic workflows—protecting customer IP, reducing risk, and enabling secure collaboration for millions of users worldwide
This role offers rare career-defining opportunities: high visibility reporting to senior leadership, greenfield product development, and the chance to solve complex problems at the intersection of AI, automation, and platform infrastructure. You'll work in a hybrid environment partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to discover and ship solutions that shape product strategy across Autodesk's entire portfolio. If you're energized by agency, love turning strategic challenges into elegant solutions, and want to build the playbook for how an iconic software company evolves for the AI era—this is your opportunity to make massive impact.
