Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.
Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices.
Legacy Modernization
Willingness and ability to work with legacy technologies and enterprise applications.
Experience analyzing, enhancing, and modernizing existing systems.
Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into scalable modern solutions.
Cloud & DevOps
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Understanding of cloud-native application design principles.
Familiarity with containers (Docker), Kubernetes/OpenShift is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Cloud Operations, including:
Application monitoring and observability
Logging and diagnostics
Performance monitoring
Incident troubleshooting
Infrastructure fundamentals
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
