Senior Power Platform Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, build business applications, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Solution Development Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Build automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI. Design scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse. Integration & Automation Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, SAP, and other enterprise applications. Develop custom connectors and APIs. Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Leadership & Mentoring Mentor junior developers and citizen developers. Conduct design reviews and solution architecture reviews. Support onboarding and technical capability development. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
