Objective
The Total Rewards Lead plays a strategic and operational leadership role in designing, delivering, and governing the organization’s global compensation and benefits programs. The role ensures competitive, equitable, and business-aligned total rewards practices that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. By partnering with HR, Vertical and Enabler business leaders, and external market sources, the Total Rewards Lead drives pay governance, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making across global and regional rewards initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy, Design & Governance
Leads the development and governance of compensation structures, job architecture, and pay frameworks across regions. Oversees annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, ensuring process accuracy, fairness, and alignment with internal and external market dynamics. Advises leadership on compensation decisions backed by analytics and benchmarking.
Benefits Program Management
Designs, manages, and evaluates benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and employee well-being. Oversees vendor partnerships, cost utilization reviews, and enhancements that align with business priorities and employee needs. Ensures smooth communication, execution, and continuous improvement of benefits offerings.
