Facilitate and continuously improve core agile ceremonies/events in ways that fit infrastructure and cybersecurity work

Facilitate targeted workshops on topics such as backlog refinement, definition of done, and other applicable topics to help teams learn and grow

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that turn team maturity, progress, and other key data into a clear, compelling story for leadership and other dashboard customers

What You Bring

5+ years of Agile coaching experience, including experience coaching multiple teams at different levels of maturity at the same time

A track record of taking teams from low agile maturity to genuinely high performing, self-sufficient practice

Strong product and customer orientation, with the ability to coach teams on product thinking, not just agile mechanics

Strong facilitation skills, including experience with immersive or embedded coaching models (dojo experience a strong plus)

Experience coaching infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, or other operationally focused teams that don't fit a typical software development mold

Broad exposure across multiple agile frameworks and methods (for example Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Extreme Programming), with the ability to pull the right tool for a given team

Certifications from respected organizations such as Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile, Scrum Inc., SAFe, Kanban University, or PMI. Credentials like CSP, ICP‑ACC, PMI‑ACP, SAFe SPC, KCP, or Scrum@Scale Practitioner are especially valuable. Coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) are a strong plus

Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools; ability to independently build dashboards that turn raw team data into a clear story and useful insights

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, enough to pull, shape, and query the data behind those dashboards

Demonstrated comfort with high autonomy and high trust: being handed a team and running with it, with minimal oversight

Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders you've coached understand and own their role in sustaining agile and product ways of working

• 5+ years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or expert in a product‑based operating model, preferably in infrastructure.
10–12 years of Agile/Lean process improvement experience in large enterprises.
Strong understanding of organizational agility and ability to coach across leadership, product management, and teams.
Expertise in systems thinking, organizational behavior, operating models, and change management.
Ability to operate across all hierarchy levels.
Experience leading Agile transformations in globally distributed environments.
Organizational design experience and ability to address systemic impediments while coaching leaders.
Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar tools.
Ability to translate team‑level activity into leadership‑focused insights.
Experience driving continuous improvement via metrics, retrospectives, and experimentation.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Comfortable navigating complex environments with established processes.
Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience coaching multiple teams or working at program/portfolio level.
Experience coaching senior leaders/executives.
Familiarity with flow metrics, outcome‑based measures, and improvement frameworks.
Demonstrated collaborative, flexible, empathetic, and curious mindset.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
