Job Description
Provide overall engineering leadership for the site, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective operations of utilities, facilities, infrastructure and engineering system.

Develop and execute the site's Engineering Strategy aligned with business growth, operational excellence, regulatory requirements, and long-term organizational objectives.
Lead Site Master Planning initiatives to support future manufacturing expansion, technology upgrades, capacity enhancement, and infrastructure modernization.
Own and manage the site's annual operating budget and multi-year capital investment roadmap, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivery of business value.
Drive CAPEX project identification, business case preparation, financial justification, approval processes, execution, and post-implementation benefit realization.
Lead large-scale strategic projects involving facility expansion, utility upgrades, automation, digital transformation, sustainability programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
Partner with Global Engineering, Corporate Functions, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic priorities.
Represent the site in regional and global engineering forums, governance reviews, project steering committees, and leadership meetings.
Establish engineering KPIs and performance dashboards to improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, equipment uptime, energy performance, and maintenance effectiveness.
Champion Reliability Excellence through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
Drive Engineering Excellence through application of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement principles.
Lead digitalization initiatives including CMMS/SAP optimization, smart utilities monitoring, predictive analytics, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Identify and implement sustainability initiatives focused on energy conservation, water stewardship, carbon reduction, renewable energy integration, and environmental compliance.
Ensure robust business continuity, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery strategies for critical utilities and infrastructure.
Lead regulatory inspections, customer audits, and corporate assessments related to engineering, facilities, utilities, and infrastructure compliance.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO GMP, EHS regulations, data integrity requirements, engineering standards, and corporate governance expectations.
Develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching, capability building, succession planning, and leadership development.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
Drive vendor and contractor performance management to ensure quality, safety, cost effectiveness, and project delivery excellence.
Lead site-wide risk assessments, technical reviews, technology evaluations, and engineering change management processes.
Support business growth by assessing emerging technologies and developing future-focused engineering solutions that enhance competitiveness and operational resilience.
- Financial & Strategic Accountability
Own site engineering OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Deliver annual cost productivity, energy-saving, and efficiency improvement targets.
Evaluate investment opportunities through ROI, NPV, payback, and business impact analysis.
Develop 3-5 year engineering and infrastructure strategic roadmaps.
Ensure engineering investments support business expansion and long-term site vision.
- Global Communication & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global engineering teams on standardization, best practices, and technology deployment.
Present site engineering performance, project updates, risks, and investment proposals to senior leadership.
Lead communication with external partners, consultants, equipment suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Drive knowledge sharing across regional and global manufacturing networks
