We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership experience in Investment Banking Operations to lead a large Corporate Actions team.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the Investment Banking domain, specifically within Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions

- Deep expertise in:

• Mandatory Corporate Actions

• Dividends

• Income Processing

• Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions is an added advantage

• Proven experience managing large teams (30–60 members)

• Strong stakeholder management and risk management capabilities

• Experience in process migrations (US to India, or Client to Vendor) is preferred

• Demonstrated experience in transformation, process improvement, and process re‑engineering

• Willingness to work in night shift (US hours)

• Willingness to work from office depending on client’s and or organization’s requirement
