A Day in the Life

The Enterprise AI Platform team is responsible for developing and evolving enterprise-scale AI capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions across the organization. The team currently focuses on the Gestalt AI Platform, supporting AIOps initiatives while expanding AI platform services and capabilities to meet evolving business and technology needs. This role is based at the Medtronic facility in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work arrangement. No travel is required for this position.

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value delivered through the enterprise AI platform by defining product strategy, managing roadmap execution, and driving successful delivery of platform capabilities. This role partners closely with engineering, architecture, operations, infrastructure, quality, user experience, and business stakeholders to prioritize work, align delivery teams, and ensure platform solutions meet business, operational, and security objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and platform outcomes.

• Define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support effective delivery.

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning business priorities with platform strategy and release cycles.

• Translate platform vision and strategy into sprint objectives and actionable work for engineering teams.

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities within Agile delivery frameworks.
