Senior Expert, Global Healthcare Strategy

Your Role:

At the heart of healthcare strategy, this role gives you the opportunity to shape how critical business decisions are made at the highest level. As part of the Global Healthcare Strategy team, you will develop rigorous answers to complex strategic questions — drawing on strong conceptual thinking, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver insights that directly inform the Healthcare Executive Committee.In this role, you will conduct deep-dive analyses across strategic, financial, pipeline, commercial, and geographic priorities, translating complex data into clear, actionable findings. You will lead internal and external benchmarking exercises to challenge and sharpen strategic thinking, and contribute to the development of strategy communication content for both internal and external audiences. Operating in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment, you will build strong relationships across functions and geographies to ensure your work drives clarity, transparency, and informed decision-making.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacy, or business; a scientific or research and development background is a plus.

• You bring 5 to 8 years of proven experience in management consulting, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of contributing to complex, cross-functional projects.

• You demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to break down complex strategic questions into structured, actionable analyses.

• You have strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, data visualization, and the use of third-party analytical platforms and artificial intelligence tools for data synthesis.

• You are proficient in presentation and data tools and can translate complex findings into compelling, audience-ready outputs.

• You demonstrate AI literacy — you understand how artificial intelligence technologies work, their practical applications and limitations, and the ethical considerations around bias, fairness, and governance, enabling you to make informed and responsible decisions in your role.
